School Counselors wear many hats at West Buncombe Elementary. One of the hats that Mrs. Davidson and Mrs. Wheeless LOVE to wear the most is teaching classroom guidance lessons. This month they have been teaching students about the Zones of Regulation. Zones of Regulation helps students understand and learn to manage their emotions. Teaching all our students good coping and regulation strategies at an early age will help them tackle challenges and manage their stress for a lifetime.
