Welcome to Third Grade!
Welcome to third grade! You and your child are in for a fun and exciting year! This is my seventeenth year teaching at West Buncombe Elementary. I have taught third grade for sixteen years and spent one year in fourth grade. I am thrilled to spend this year with your child!
I attended North Buncombe High School before completing my Bachelors Degree at Appalachian State University. I also have my Masters Degree from Western Carolina University and have earned my National Board Certification.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my husband, David, and two sons, Dax and Hudson! In my free time I enjoy shopping, eating out, traveling, scrapbooking and watching movies. You can also observe my love for cute, little piggies in my classroom!
