Hi! My name is Katy Titley and I am one of the Special Education teachers at West Buncombe Elementary School. I have been teaching at West Buncombe for 12 years. I was born in Marietta, Georgia. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Natural and Cultural Resource Management from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georiga. After moving to Asheville, I completed a Graduate program through Western Carolina earning a Master's degree in Special Education, Behavior Disorders. I am happily married with two beautiful children.
